The constitution of the Counselling and Grievance Redressal Cell is a part of our incessant effort and a student support service intended to help students adapt and make the best of their learning environment to create an encouraging atmosphere. This cell, consisting of trained and experienced faculty, deals with non-academic grievances, while mentors sort out academic matters. Grievances can be posted in the suggestion boxes, which are opened every week. The Counseling and Grievance Redressal Cells are made up of trained faculty. They have received training to understand adolescents and their behavior, emotional intelligence, motivation and work-life balance. The Counseling and Grievance Redressal Cell has have been constituted keeping in mind the welfare and to extend continuous help to students. Counselling at our college is a professional activity based on certain well-accepted principles.
