FDP's are conducted regularly and are designed to equip educators with subject specific knowlegde in different areas to enable them to be better facilitators. FDP's consists of wide range of activities to support faculty members role. They are scheduled to provide a forum to exchange views, ideas and improve faculty ability in carrying out research, teaching and fastering their knowledge, skills and professional competence.
